Capitol Crossing Warriors Tenants Association

Unity in Community, Strength in Advocacy

About Us

Capitol Crossing Warriors Tenants Association, also known as Capitol Crossing Warriors, is dedicated to fostering a sense of community, advocating for the rights of tenants living in affordable housing, and organizing events that bring tenants and their neighborhood together.

Who Are We

We are a group of neighbors living at Capitol Crossing Apartments, formerly Woodway Square Apartments, who are working together to improve the quality of life of our community.

We believe in our right to unite together as a group to make our voices heard.

Support us in working together for a better community by joining Capitol Crossing Warriors!

Capitol Crossing Warriors is registered as a 501(c)(3) public charity with the Internal Revenue Service.

Get Involved

There is no reason to struggle alone when we are surrounded by neighbors who are dealing with the same problems.

We all have rights as tenants that must be respected.

If we do not raise our voice, no one will hear us.

We offer incredible volunteer opportunities for those passionate about helping us create a more positive living environment for all our neighbors.

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the governing authority of Capitol Crossing Warriors, made up of several neighbors solving common concerns of the community and property management.

All of our neighbors are welcome to join and share their ideas.
